The wines of Sasso dei Lupi tell a story that began in 1959, when a small group of vintners from Marsciano joined forces in a cooperative under the name of Cantina Sociale Colli Perugini: a decades-long journey whose beginnings as producers of bulk wine have developed to significant changes – various lines of bottles, new techniques for growing vine and winemaking. It is from this path that, in 2008, the project to re-found the company under the Sasso dei Lupi brand was conceived, referring to the concept of ​​the solidity of the Sasso (Stone) and the union of individuals, the Lupi (Wolves).
